The large number of online transactions conducted every day on the Internet inevitably generates numerous disputes. Such disputes may often be effectively resolved through online dispute resolution methods, including online negotiation, mediation, and arbitration. Of course, online dispute resolution is not a panacea and, sometimes, the only way to resolve a specific dispute will be the commencement of litigation proceedings.
