This allows us to know the specifics of the legal frameworks governing online transactions, the most effective ways to resolve online disputes, and the technological terms included in Internet-related agreements. Our expertise has been acquired by working with hundreds of clients (mostly e-commerce companies and software developers) on an international scale.

The relationship between a legal consultant and a client needs to be based on trust. By putting client interests first, we ensure that our clients will always be advised to use the most cost-effective way to protect their legitimate interests. Furthermore, we are transparent and honest in evaluating the chances of client success and, in cases where those chances are low, discourage clients from commencing legal proceedings in order to save them time and money.

In today’s world, a legal consultant and a client may not always have time to meet in person. The times when this was a necessity are long gone. Although a personal meeting is always welcome, we often communicate with our clients via email, various online messengers, and audio or video conferences. This allows us to liaise flexibly and efficiently with clients located all over the world. We often use the communication and time-tracking systems of our clients, thus fully integrating with their teams and business strategies.

We are located in Belgium, the heart of Europe and the administrative centre of the European Union, and we are surrounded by various cultures and language zones. Our team uses four languages to communicate with clients located all over the world. We are well-versed in the specifics of inter-cultural communication, including the differences between low-context cultures (i.e., cultures communicating information in precise, direct, and explicit way) and high-context cultures (i.e., cultures communicating information in an implicit way and relying heavily on context). We are also familiar with the non-working days of different non-European countries (e.g., Thursday and Friday in many Middle Eastern countries) and take these into consideration when working with our clients.
